Standard parts are unified with MISUMI standard. (※The additional processing of MISUMI parts must be marked with “additional processing”)

The standard parts of the mold drawing should be marked with “name, quantity, manufacturer, and additional processing”

(※ Additional processing parts must be additionally processed with MISUMI parts)

(1) 【Mold frame mode】

①The position of the die groove of the die holder refers to the position of the punch table surface according to the requirements of the die opening.

Engineering die, continuous die, and TRF die should pay attention to the requirements of punching machines, and try not to share the frame die grooves.

(2) [ Guide Post]

①Use “MISUMI (MYJP)” for the guide post. (Indicated by the red “   ” in the picture below)

②The length of the machining start point is based on the standard of “diameter of guide post X1.5 or more”.

(4)【Module reversal screw hole for mold reversal】

①The size of the screw used for the reversal of the upper die, M16 is used for the total length of 1500MM or less, and M20 is used for the total length of 1500MM or more.

②Be careful not to interfere with other parts in the position of the screw hole of the reversing die.

(5) 【Mold Lifting Bolt】

①Using the upper and lower die lifting bolts.

※The lifting ring uses MISUMI (CHN), and the ring hole of the die base needs to be chamfered.

※The use of the lifting ring needs to pay attention to the symmetry and horizontality.

②The size of the lifting ring is determined according to the size of the template.

M12 is used for the total length below 500MM. M16 is used for full length 500MM~1000MM. M20 is used for over 1000MM in total length.

③Be careful not to interfere with the press block and slider of the upper type lifting ring.

(6) 【Punch】

①When the punch is fixed with a screw, the screw needs to be removed from the outside of the mold. (The upper mold should be locked from top to bottom as much as possible, and the lower mold should be locked from top to bottom)

② In the case of the side hanging table, the effective length of the hanging table is more than 5MM.

③The punching punch needs to be used as anti-jump waste. (Increase the form of ejector pin)

④The punching punch needs to consider the follow-up production to grind the knife edge, and the knife edge needs to be inserted into the template 5~8MM.

⑤ Use MISUMI standard (HW-LFAPJV) for circular punching punch. (plate thickness 2.0MM, high tension steel plate above 590N/mm², minimum diameter is φ8)

(7) 【Die】

①The cutting edge of the piercing die is straight 5 and 1° inclined. (It can also be made into a 0.2mm escape hole on one side at an inclination of 1°)

②The piercing die is fixed with a screw countersunk head. Considering that the blade of the master die needs to be ground (about 5mm), the depth of the screw countersunk head is deepened by 5mm, and the screw fixing direction is the same as the punching direction.

(8) 【Marking】

①The marking customer has special requirements according to the customer’s method, if there is no requirement, do it in the following way.

②If the characters have batch numbers, please pay attention to the quick change during production.

③The mold is prevented from emptying, and it needs to protect the marked structure.

④Marking (product name, batch number)…full length 30.20mm, marking block…full length 29mm, marking height is adjusted with spacers. (※The marking product name and batch number do not need to be grinded to adjust the height. If there is a different batch number, please pay attention to hanging on the table to prevent fools)

⑤M6X2 screw holes for marking and storage are processed and fixed on the bottom.

⑥The batch number is marked with MISUMI specification (HCF).

(9) [Guide Pin]

① The guide pin needs to be equipped with a ejector pin when the punch and the upper die, and a symmetrical ejector pin needs to be placed next to one guide pin.

②Do not put the guide pin on the product hole to prevent the product from being pulled and deformed.

(10) [Detection switch]

①M6 holes are used for assembling cables, and the distance is 200mm.

②There are three types of check switches. (misfeed detection, mold height detector, product discharge)

③When bending, forming and punching are carried out at the same time, use mold height detectors, up to 4.

④The middle of the lower type needs to be machined with M6 holes with a distance of 25mm for the main switch.

(11) [Liner]

①The liner should not interfere with other parts, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble.

②Fix the position of two or more lower liner with dowel pins.

(12) [Guide pin]

①The guide pin adopts MISUMI specification (SGOH).
